All manuscripts submitted to the International Journal of Poverty and Sustainable Development (IJPSD) undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scholarly contribution of published articles.

Each submitted manuscript is first evaluated by the editorial team to determine its suitability for the journal’s focus, scope, and publication requirements. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the subject matter.

IJPSD applies a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the review process. Reviewers assess the manuscript based on its originality, methodological rigor, significance, clarity, and relevance to the journal.

Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editor may decide to accept the manuscript, request minor or major revisions, or reject the submission. Authors are expected to revise their manuscripts in accordance with the reviewers’ and editors’ comments.

The final publication decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the reviewers’ evaluations and the overall quality of the manuscript.

The journal is committed to ensuring a fair, objective, and timely review process while maintaining the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts.
